Ocean of Wisdom School is the first public school in the United States to bring the Social, Emotional, and Ethical (SEE) Learning curriculum to life, serving students in K-4.

Opening Fall 2026 and serving K-4, Ocean of Wisdom School (OWS) is a tuition-free public charter school offering a bold new model of education- combining rigorous academics with a global, compassionate mindset.

At OWS, students build strong academic skills through inquiry, literacy, and critical thinking, while developing resilience, compassion, and ethical awareness through Social, Emotional, and Ethical Learning (SEE Learning®)- a globally recognized framework developed at Emory University andinspired by HH the Dalai Lama.

As the first U.S. school to fully implement SEE Learning®, we place heart and mind at the center of every classroom experience- empowering students to grow into thoughtful, capable leaders in anever-changing world.
