Equity and Title IX

Office of Title IX Oversight

Section 106.45(b) of the 2020 Title IX regulations, requires that all training materials for Title IX Coordinators, investigators, decision-makers, and facilitators of informal resolution processes be publicly available on the recipient institution's website.
