Offered as an optional program, Tibetan honors the Twin Cities’ vibrant Tibetan community — the second largest in the nation — and addresses a meaningful gap in public education. As our school grows, we plan to expand language offerings to reflect and serve our diverse community.

Yes. Ocean of Wisdom School is a tuition-free public charter school.

Ocean of Wisdom School is open to all eligible students. Students are admitted as long as space is available.If applications exceed available openings, enrollment is determined through a fair and transparent lottery process.Actively enrolled students are automatically re-enrolled each year, and enrollment priority - including for siblings - is applied as required by policy or law. Additional details are shared during the application period.

Yes. Transportation will be available for families within a reasonable radius of the school. As routes are finalized, hub locations will be established to support safe and efficient transportation. More information will be shared as plans are confirmed.
